Dugmor has lead an interesting life to say the least. Currently in the Phillipines, Dugmor has traveled the world in his relentless pursuit of hot babes. Why the dreadlocks? Discuss the history there.?
For me my dreads are not a fashion........ they are a feeling. A feeling of ultimate freedom. I have been growing them for now going on 14 years. Most of my adult life I had long hair but for some reason there was always some reason why I had to cut it. A job interview or a close family function that at the time seemed to need me to conform with rules or regulation. I have been traveling now going on 20 years. I first set out on my life world tour after meeting a Danish exchange student after high school and going to Europe the summer after the Berlin Wall came down and seeing things first hand of what previously I only read about in history books. I wound up spending the next 5 years on and off between my studies at NJIT and apprenticeship with the IBEW, backpacking all over Europe as a street busker and performer. After I finished my studies I found myself living in Rio de Janeiro surfing, rock climbing and mongering and dreads just seemed like the thing to do. There was nothing to do all day but just enjoy life. When I finally came back into the real world I didn't want to let go of my inner personal freedom. So I wear my dreads on my heart, not only my head. I am not a rastafarian, I do not smoke weed and I do not listen to reggae music. My dreads just represent freedom for me. Freedom to do and go where ever I want. In some situations they are now my passport to allow me to go places where others are not welcome. When people see them they know I have lived my whole adult like this. It is the cross I bare.

As you stated in your first paragraph after a short stint on my own running a live chat studio out of Red Bank, New Jersey early 1999 I went to go work with Carol Cox / Wild Rose Productionson at the time there live chat network ( Rosechat ) and a project called PornAudition.com ( maybe the first real reailty site ). Yes, even though I used condoms in EVERY scene I have ever shot I also get tested for my personal life. In these times of never being too safe and living the life I have chosen I want to protect myself and other I am with ... in addition to ALWAYS using condoms. Why did you leave Carol Cox?
There was no big falling out with Carol Cox/ Wild Rose. In fact when I am in Montreal I still get together with Danny and Carol. They for sure gave me my first big break to really bust out and always gave me support with my projects. With the changing of the times and me wanting to go out on my own. It was only a matter of time when I needed to expand into my own venture. Danny and Carol helped a lot people in this industry with knowledge and traffic. They really are down to earth and I will always give praise and credit to everything they have done for me.

Has anyone ever threatened you with physical violence in reagards to your business?
Nothing ever physical, webmaster related. Once you reach a certain level of success there will always be haters. If there in any webmasters out there that hated me so much that it would become physical I would not know. As a producer there was only one boyfriend that got in my face. He sent his girl up to my studio to make some money while he sat in the bar. When she was finished he was already drunk and I guess needed more money to pay his bar tab. I do not really think it was over being jealous cause he is the one that brought her to the studio. I like to work as a professional and explain to girls how it is going to work. There is never a problem with our productions after the fact.

To be honest I am not really that knowledgle when it comes to the pro circuit. Of course I have to say Malezia and Shelby Belle because I really got to know them on a personal level. I really do not watch porn and I would not know the name of the girl if I seen her in a scene.

Do you have any partners in business?
Yes my only real full time partner is Slim! We met during my years with Porn Audition. When I used to shoot, everything was streamed live over the Rosecam Network. He would be online at his house helping me to interview and get the girls through the audition. In addition to a bunch of other regulars including Easton,Varius, BuggyG Manny The Freakand a ton of others in Montreal and around the world. Some went onto have there place on the web. Others where just super fans. When I first went out on my own I had a big contract to shoot a lot of scenes. Slim and Easton where there as the main stunt cocks It was more of a goof back then to get together and shoot and party after. Easton was employed full time and Slim was finishing his masters. The first site pay site we worked on to get practice was Sweet Dominique - Original Tour . That site exploded and to some is known as one of the first legal single/girl NON NUDE model sites. After that we worked on Her First Gang Bang which really put us on the map and continues to be our flagship site. In it's time if was considered very extreme and we really branded the fish-hook which you see everyone doing today. Slim never shows his face in the scenes and stays in Montreal holding the office/studio down as I travel the world going back to my original roots.......shooting content and meeting all the webmasters in person.

Why were you late for the TGP party this year?
I was up getting my badge for the show floor thanks to host Isprime, so I would have to wait in the long line the next day. Since it was the first time the Internext Show was at the Mandalay Bay I had no idea where to go and where the main lobby is. Vegas casino's try to keep you in the casino so trying to find anything is almost impossible. I arrived as your bus was just pulling out of the Mandalay Bay drive way. So I jumped in a taxi to catch up with you guys. But the time I caught up it was on the highway out to Lake Powell Yacht club. ( Many thanks to Cybercat and all your sponsors ) I really did think it was a big deal but it made for a grand entrance cause those ELITE enough to be invited to that dinner. Sleazy never tells anyone where you are going. So I guess a lot of people where surprised when the bus came to a screeching stop on the middle of the highway. How old were you when you first got laid? I was super picky and to be honest held out until I was 18 years old. I had a bunch of girls that where into me during high school but I never really thought it was a big deal. I didn't and still do not go out of my way to get laid. It just seems to happen these days. I guess it helps being in the right place at the right time. I happy to be able to document it. I guess I would have to say that special girl would have to enjoy the same things I do. Traveling. I plan to travel the rest of my life. There are so many places to see and so many things to do in life. I am happy to be able to be doing what I do and be able to part of an industry that is spread out all over the world. I love meeting webmasters and developing friendships and business friendships that last a lifetime. She can be any race as I love with out prejudice. She doesn't have to have to be blonde or brunette, just a good person in inside with a good heart. Of course she cannot be jealous or be self centered. It is very possible that I may never find that special girl. To be honest I really would have no problem spending the rest of my life alone. I have my relationships online and I have found that I really enjoy that. There are a few girls that I really enjoyed getting to know over MSN or e-mail, but once I met them in person it was not the same. So I guess the only thing she must be is computer savvy.I really think a relationship is stronger when you can built it over your deep thoughts, e-mails and instant messeges. For those of you that have found love online, I am sure you know what I mean. The relationship is built on your thoughts and feelings expressed though the keyboard and over the phone rather than just physical attraction. When did you start in the biz and why?
When I first started traveling back in 1990 I always had a little camera with me, a Olympus Stylus ( the was before my first digital ) I loved taking candid pictures and posed shots of all the girls I met. When I would return from my trip I would go to the one hour film developing place and I met a guy who was just blown away by the beauties I would bring back. He asked if he could keep a few for his personal collections and I had no problem with that as long as I could see his collection. As years went on, after living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil together we started a photo trading club called " Dudes that Trade Nudes " It was mostly based on my contacts I met while travleing and all amteru girl next door type of photo's. He would develop the pictures into the hundreds that we would send out every month and in return people would send us their photo's. The more I traveled the more people I met,the more pictures I took, the more pictures we traded. I grew up in New Jersey and I guess it was in 1998 I attended my first Web Convention at the Meadowlands called WebExpo. It was put together by Fay Sharp and Dave Gold. I can't remember how I found out about this but I think it was because they where advertising that Asia Carera would be signing autographs along with other models. Asia was one of the first pro stars that was already on the web. It was a 3 day event and when I got there it was a bunch of geeky internet dudes and I was kinda disappointed there where no other porn stars there. I met a few people that where very out going with there sales pitch and the only real thing that stuck out in my mind was everyone was asking me for my e-mail address. I do not even think I went back the last 2 days.I had no clue what an e-mail address even was. But I soon found out that with a computer, AOL account and e-mail address I could exchange my photo's and meet people from all over the world. I also found out that there was a lot of money in this business. I was really blown away that it was possible that you could see and communicate with people in real live time. I guess one of the people I first met and was aggressive in there sales pitch was a company ( now long out of business called IEMedia ) They where one of the first companies that packaged and sold cyber showrooms. I was doing pretty well working as a Union Electrictian, with over time and side jobs I had a ton of money put away. A fellow IBEW electrician at the time was looking for a partner to open one of these cyber showrooms. I wanted to do this so together I went in on studio in Red Bank, New Jersey ( Found out later that was the worst location ever ) My initial investment into the business was $70,000 usd. We had at the time the best webcams, computers and T1 , it didn't take long to blow through the money paying models and all the other overhead. We where not making any real money cause we didn't have much traffic. If you look at our first page Play-Live January 1999 it was basic but did the job. With out any traffic there of course was no money. It was not long before we found Ifriends and started doing shows there. Back then it was good money with less than 50 girls online on any given day. The models where happy to make $10 - $20 a hour for live webcam shows and we could easily double that. The hang times of clients would be hours back then and the showrooms could charge what ever they wanted. Ifriends had a ton of traffic at that time and was one of the only ones making it possible to work from home with only a camera, interneto connection and light. The next Fay Sharp webmaster convention was to be held in the Bahamas called Webmaster Cruise. I was still working on picture trading and running my little AOL and Geocities sites right clicking and saving pictures to my hardrive. Back then no one knew who anyone else was but I kept finding this one blonde girl who was the only one to have her pictures watermarked and contact info on them. Her name was CarolCox. I sent her an e-mail and started talking to her husband Danny. He explained to me that where swingers and this is how they met other people who shared there "lifstyle" as he called it. He said he would be attending Webmaster Cruise so we planned to meet up and talk about the everything from him hosting my site to traffic trades. he said if I had sex with his wife he would be glad to link my site. Danny was really one of my first mentors. He a great guy and businessman, was one of the founders of amateur sites and helped out so many others start there own site. I really do owe a lot to him showing me how everything worked. We still get together when I am in Montreal and from what I understand is also going back to his and Carol's roots of "Lifestyling". While attending the Webmaster Crusie this time I was more prepared. I had my own site, I had my own business cards...... I was in business :wink. Even if it was not much, I had something going on. It was only a core group of about 50 webmasters that attended but some of those went on to rule the internet even until this day and some others just faded into nothing ( I am sure those old business cards my be worth something someday and still have them somewhere) . Since I was doing live cams one group of webmasters I met was the original Pornication, since I needed traffic I became friends with the original owners of NaughtyMail. CCbill that really stuck out in my mind and of course Danny Cox. When I returned back to my studio things seemed to look positive, the only problem was my partner at the time was married and his wife didn't like what he was doing. She threw him out then both of us where living in the studio. He seemed to have the need to make himself feel better and starting buying cloths and joining gyms. Money seemed to go faster then it came in. The next show Web Expo was in Montreal, since I was only like 6 hours away I drove up there once more to gain knowledge and meet more players in the industry. One weekend turned into a week, a month and summer. Danny Cox wanted to open a live studio for RoseCam, now partners with HomegrownCams and wanted to find both females and males to perform with Carol Cox for updates on her site. At the time their was not many real live fuck shows, mostly only nude and tease. Our studio was one the first to go hardcore. Since it was still a new concept at the time everyday we had people at my studio ready to audition. This is what Porn Auditionlooked like on our launch in early 2000. Everything was streamed live and to many is considered the first real reality site. Nothing was rehearsed and it was real, everything was taped and put to archive. CarolCax had the traffic and it was an instant success but never duplicated at that level. They are still doing weekly updates from all the content. One of my friends at the time was Johnny Pearl, his site really was the fist successful hetro male amateur sites. His site still has members since day one from fans who live vicariously though him. After the launch of Original Sweet Dominique 2001 with Danny Cox's blessing and a few other basic sites Original JoinRightNow was born with my current partner Slim!. Since then we have launched 18 sites on the current JoinRightNow with more to come. So I guess in short I am in the business because I love to take pictures and meet interest

Why are you in the Philipines now? Because of DeeCash, right?
Yes that is very true..... of the main reasons why I am in the Philippines at the present time is cause of the generous invite from Deepak from Deecash. I am sure it helped being friends with one of his managers Nick Baauw, who I have known for years. For those that do not know ..... Deepak used to hate me for years, partly because he said I snubbed him years ago at a WebConvention party and the other cause some other webmaster told him I was stealing his ideas of taking pictures of girls wearing a T-shirt with my URL on them. Something I have been doing for years.. But I do have to admit with our last website launch of Whore Abuse and his entire collection of sites. . There is certainly a resemblance of design and of course now that we photo shopped the URL on the girls T-shirts to look like it was hand written. The truth is I had no idea about that and it was more of "Slim!", my partners idea. In addition I didn't even do the design layout and was done by someone who was also a fan of Dee's sites and took the liberty to lay it out the same way. That is for sure a compliment to Dee's work and his business model. This guy my be young and just this past month launched Dee Cash, but that doesn't mean this guy is not experienced. He is a a marketing genius ! In the past year I have been looking to expand my operations and post production. As many of you know and is no secret there is a lot of talent in foreign countries. So I began my search to find the best solution. I really did not want a pure outsourcing solution cause I am more of a hands on guy. I am familiar with photoshop, dreamweaver/html and most any software needed to put together a website on my own. I really do not like to give my designers artistic licence. I have a vision of what something should look like and the only way is to lay it out to them first and then let them run with it. I was toying around in Panama for a while when Dee invited me over for a week business meeting in Manila. something that really took me by surprise. Here is someone that hated me so I wasn't sure if he was just going to snuff me out. I took confidence that I was not the only one invited becuase also on the list was some pretty big players. I also knew that Nick Baauw was not working with him. But other than a few words at the last Miami show when I was filming my documentry, ( after he had the chance to snub me on camera ), I really didn't know him. Dee is a class act. He flew me over and put me up in the best hotel in Manila. He was excited to launch his program to the public and had a solution for my design/programming labor needs with his and Rick Latona's new outsourcing solution. Iwebmasters. If I wasn't already blown away before by Dee's business he also set me up with over 100 Mbps to offer all my affiliates free hosting at his hosting companyIdeal Bandwidth. I have a growing staff to help me expand JoinRightNow and in the mean time finding out a lot about my roots. Just like Douglas MacArthur ( the man I was named after, my real name is Douglas ) I have returned. I am visiting the most beautiful beaches and seeing how other people live. The people here are some of the friendliest people I have ever met and are always smiling. In addition to be very talented in design and experienced in programming. Everyone here speaks English so I am already integrating myself into there culture and webmaster meetings. They have welcomed me and I am already making some great business relationships. This past year I hit all of the ones in North America. I am not sure if I will keep the same travel schedule this year and have to start planning soon. Once everyth ing at my post production office is running like clock work I will once again be traveling the world with just my laptop and cell phone. What exactly did you do for a living before online adult?
kinda answered this in a few of the past questions, but once again. My professional education is from N.J.I.T-Engineering Technology in addition to finishing an 5 year apprenticeship with the I.E.B.W as a Journeyman Wireman. With advanced qualifications in fiber optic splicing, explosion proof fittings and up to 400 KV linework. Commercial and Industrial Electrical applications. I am also a certified welder and have a CDL for with endorsements for air brake and hazardous material. I also have my Electrical Licence, insured and bonded in New Jersey. To be honest I have no clue how I ever got into it. I think I just had a fascination with electricity and electronics. You can not hear or see electricity other than lighting and thunder so to me it was like magic. Before that and in high school I worked and studies lithograph printing through high school, I had a scholarship to R.I.T, but for some reason went into Electrical studies. Other than that I have a pretty big paper route. As an Union Electrician my hourly rate was like $40 an hour with a 12 percent annuity and 12 percent vacation fund addition. Time and a half for anything after 8 hours and double time for anything after 10. At that time Saturdays and Sundays where double time. After my apprenticeship I drove my van all over the US chasing overtime jobs working 7 days a week 12 hours a day. If I claimed 9 dependants I could take home $3000 a week in my pay check. Seems like good money but it really is hardwork not to mention you really do not have a social life. A lot of it is physical and very dangerous. I like working with power tools and on big industrial jobs. It was fun, I may do it again just to keep my tools from rusting and it is better than joining a gym.

What would you do if you couldn't work in Adult anymore?
That maybe the hardest question to answer of all. As a performer I am pretty much retired. I may jerk on a girls face cuase I am known for huge gooey and creamy loads. But I would rather be be behind the camera these days. Leave it to the younger guys. It would seem impossible that I could not find a place to serve my smut to the world... but I guess hypothetically speaking. I am a fully qualified webmasters having skills in Photoshop and Dreamweaver/HTML. I understand the marketing and how internet works but I think deep down I am a Pornographer. To me most webmasters are not pornographers. Most are just very talented sales people who could pretty much sell anything. It doesn't have to be porn, they have the skills to sell anything. My love is porn and I do not only do it for the money. I did it before in the past when it costed me money. I almost see being a pornographer as an art. I used to scupt the cum on a girls face to get the one classic shot that I knew would be seen by millions. How much money do you have?
Right now I have $5140 peso's in my pocket. Everyone knows I am both humble and modest when it comes to showing off what I have. Most of my money is invested into the business, but I have a union annuity that I have never touched and with interest I am sure i can live very happy living in a 3rd world country on just that for a good long time. I have excellent credit and it helped starting out when I first went out on my own. I have two platinum credit cards with a $25K limit each. So if I was to budget myself I could spend approximately $1166 a day and not have to worry about it to the end of the month. I live very basic with just what I need but feel confident that I could eat in any one of the best restaurants anywhere in the world if I wanted. If you where to ask me to fly to Tahoe to ski for the weekend. I do not think I would have a problem flying myself there first class and staying in a modest suite. I would be happier to write it off on my taxes as business write off. My experiences in life is my real wealth ..... that and a lot of pictures.

I recall hearing that you had a penis piercing. From what I have read it takes forever to get that needle thru . . . was that the most pain you have ever endured? If not, what was (physical, not mental or emotional)?
That is correct they are both my trade mark in our video's. The procedure takes only minutes but I must have pre-thought about it for over a year. I did not take any anesthesia or pain killers. It is the same as any other body piercing, using a hallow 10 gauge needle. Yes, the initial pain was the most excruciating thing I have ever felt and continued for a few days and minor pinching for months after. I have now had them for over 15 years and the feeling is the only thing I know now. I never take it out and do not plan to. I also have both nipples and a guiche. For me my piercings are in private area's because I really did them for my own pleasure and girls who have had an intimate experience with me. They are not for aesthetic value. I am not really trying to get anyone's attention. They are all 10 gauge from the start and really do not think I need to expand them. I really do not think at all about them anymore and they are part of me the same as an arm or leg.

Out of all the countries and cities you've seen which is your favorite for an all around relaxing, stress free time?
I guess that is hard to say cause most cities seem stressful and too busy to have time to relax. I love the south east of the United States, places like Moeb. I love the beach but there is a place that for sure seemed like time stood still ( maybe it was the peyote ) ......and that is Real de Catorce Mexico. I do not think I could spend the rest of my life there. But there has never been a place where I felt like I went back in a time warp than this place.
