What's it like to be a "hotel Heir-ass"?

Well here is my life story and How i became a Hotel Heir-ass.

When I was 10 years old my Family bought a liqour store in the suburbs of Detroit. When I turned 14 I used to work every sunday with my dad, filling up the drink coolers and taking out the trash and checking the produce shelfs to make sure everything was full. When I turned 16 and got my first car which was a 94 Jimmy it was 4 years old and my dad gave it to me so that I can go to work everyday after I got off school. I worked 6 days a week for my dad having every saturday off to go party and hang out.

A couple months after i turned 17 me and my dad were working at the store when 3 guys in masks came in with shotguns and made my dad lay on hte ground while the held the guns to my head and made me give them all the money from the register. It was at that point when my dad decided it was time to sell the liqour store and retire. Well after 3 month my dads brother bought the store from us and my dad was on his way to retirement, About 4 months into it he decided he wasn't ready to retire yet so we started looking at new business ideas. That was when he and his friend decided to build a new hotel and get into the hotel business (his freiend had owned a hotel for a while).

Summer of 1999 we broke ground on our first hotel, its a Comfort Suites and in 8 months we had the whole building done and we opened on Feb. 2 2000. In 2003 we decided to build another hotel which is a Hampton Suites, franchised from the Hilton Family, that is how I have a connection with Paris  That hotel opened October of 2003 and we now own two hotels in my family. We are thinking of building another one soon, also. I usually go into the hotels once or twice a week to do some paperwork for my dad and make sure all the employees are doing there jobs correctly and not stealing anything (they can give rooms for free to friends) so basically I go through and check everything to make sure noone is stealing and then I do the monthly reporting for my dad and most of the other paperwork.

The first 2 years that I was in adult I worked at the hotel full time and used to have my laptop with me there and I would work on the adult stuff while sitting at the hotel and keeping an eye on everyone. Now im just the Manager who goes in once a week. So that is my story to how I became a Hotel Heir-ass.

Do you use the hotel for booty calls?

Yes I do, ts the best I have never spent any money on a hotel room when i pick up a chick, owning the hotels since i was 18 has been the shit because anytime I want I walk into the hotel ask the front desk clerk which room is empty thats when I take the GM key out of my pocket and just open the door, the girls love the fact that I have a key to get into any room I want. Every once in a while I get a chick who calls and wants to come over so instead of bringing them to my parents house I take them to the hotel and do my thng there. (living at parents house is another question so I will reply to that one later)

According to Brad the General Manager Key Card gets more action and has more privalages then his Amex Black Card

Haha Well I dont think I would be able to pull of as much as she did but I know for a fact that with some of the local Police Stations because we have owned our business that we ae usually close friends with the cops and that has gotten me off a lot of tickets and out of some of the trouble I have gotten into when I was younger. Knowing and having friends wh are cops and Detectives helps out a lot when you are young

How did you get started in the industry?

Ben from WTS got me started in the adult industry, I met Ben on a motorcycle forum when I had my motorcycle, that I will talk about later But Ben knew I was a php programer and for about a year he kept asking me to come check out GFY and to get started in Adult, a few month later I launched my on TGP and now I am here and growing strong.

One day we were up at school and the salvation army had called saying they needed to do a clothing drive for a church that had there basement flooded and they lost all the clothing that was donated to them for the holiday to give to homeless people. They needed a bunch of people to help load up the trucks as people were bringing the clothing in, Well I am in a fraternity and one of the advisor's asked a bunch of us if we would be willing to help. So we did and about 3 hours later I get a call from Charlie from Karups saying he sen me on the news helping out a local church If i can be of help then i'm going to no matter what it is especially if its for a good cause like that.

You tend to keep odd hours….. What time do you normally go to bed and what time do you normally wake up?

This is very true, For some reason I have a fucked up sleep schedule I don't need more then 3 hours of sleep a night. I usually head to be around 3am and am Up and running around by 7am but I usually don't head to the office till around 11am, Its just that Ive been like this since I was in high school and it has never affected me, Every once in a while I will take a nap you can ask Charlie about those, Ive fallen asleep on his couch a few times when were just sitting there watching T.V.

K here is the story

No I am not girlfriend Phobic, I have had plenty of girlfriends the last one though was when I was 21 (4 years ago) I had this friends who i had known for about 4 years well on our 20th birthday (she was born a day before me) i asked her out and we started dating, Well she was kool and all very pretty but quickly became very needy she never wanted me to leave or go hang out with anyone but here, Well that was at about a year into the relationship when I decided i was done with her.

So one day I told her i was going home to eat dinner with my family when she got all pissed off and said she would cook me dinner and I didn't need to leave her apartment, Well that was the last string and I took her key off my key chain and threw it on the table as i left. she chased me out the door to tell me I couldn't leave.

Well to be an ass and I knew it would piss her off even more I went to the bar that her sister was working at because I knew she would call her to start bitching as soon as I got there her sister was on the phone with her and told her I had just walked in Thats when she called me and started bitching and saying I couldn't hang out with her sister. I knew it would piss her off so I hung up on her.

And I hadn't talked to her since until A few month ago when I found out she had a kid with an old friend of mine and that she was getting married.

So at the end i've been single for the last 4 years because i love the single life and have been having a blast and I am still partying it out, So when i do find the right girl who I wanna spend time with and call her a GF I will again

Yes this is true, here is the story it was at the internext in Florida I belive where they have the door betwwen the shower and the room well once morning I woke up before mike and juicy and y back was hurting so I decided to fill up the bath with hot water to sit in, My back is fucked up where I can't have anyone crack it because if they do then I will be in pain for atleast 3-4 days or I have to go to my Doctor to have ir cracked correctly, So i decided that while they Sleep i would sit in the tub filled with hot water for a bit to make my back feel better.

So to make it even more interesting I decided to fill the bath up with bubbles so after a few minutes Mike and Juicy were wondering what the hell was going on and why the water had been running for so long, so I said i was sitting in abubble bath and they Didn't believe me so I opened the slidding door between the bath and the room and mike stuck the camera in there and got a pic.

Do you still live at home with your parents?

Yes i do, and I have no problem admitting it, I am 25 years old and I get along great with my mom and dad that I still live at home, I don't think its worth it to move out into an apartment and waste money on rent when I can live at home for free and save up my money to buy my first house within the next year, I am currently looking at differnt houses that I might be interested in buying so within the next 6-12 month I should have my own place.


But back to living at home I am barely ever here so this place is more of a storage place for my belongings i usually am home for about 4-6 hours day and when im usually asleep plus If i were to rent an apartment there is no place to keep all my toys, I have to have a house or a condo with a nice big driveway and a garage

Yes I am currently a college student (6 MORE WEEKS) haha sorry i had to

anyways I am currently a college student at LTU in Southfield, MI its an engineering and Architect school, I am working on my BSCE which is my bachelors in Computer engineering, I started school when i was 18 so now 7 years later I am finally graduating I always did the minimum to be full time which was 12 credits a semester so it took me a little longer then everyone else but I was also managing a hotel and then launched my own Adult program while i was in school so It took a little longer but I am almost done. with this degree I have been able to make lots of different tools for our affiliate and also to help out other friends with programing jobs they needed done.


Well if anyone is interested July 28th i am having a HUGE GRADUATION PARTY and you can hit me up for details if you wanna come out, There will be DRINKS, FOOD, Live entertainment and a party that will last from noon to sometime the next day

Mike Vega has always been a good friend since I met him back when I first got started in adult, I always liked the guys over at Mobbucks and 2 years ago at the LA webmaster access show on our way to the Playboy Mansion me and Mike started talking about my Business plan and Mike was interested in it and thats when we decided to get started on developing SatanCash and the rest is history we now own all of the mobbucks assets well thats how me and mike became partners, And no i havn't taught mike any of the Ewok Mating rituals because he is married and has no reason to be picking up girls haha sorry mikey I don't need Marie coming looking for me because I taught you how to pick up girls ;)

Hairy yes, Hairiest in the industry NOPE, seen a few guys who were hairier, Anyways I have done one treatment of laser so far because I am getting tired of having it shaved before every show I did the first treatment before phoenix and I have another scheduled for when i get back from Xbiz, Its working great I can already notice that the hair is a lot less then it used to be, So about 6-8 treatments and I should be hairless in my upper body, the rest i don't mind trimming at its not too much.

Well I was a late bloomer it was my 17th birthday actually she was a friend and called me on my birthday and asked what i wanted for my Bday well i was joking around and I said "To Have sex with you"

so she said well come over and lets go hang out, so I went over to her house and she got in the car and we went to the park near her house, its a huge park proably around 2500 acres it has a big lake in the middle. S

I played football in 6 and 7th grade, I took Auto Shop all of highschool so 4 years of Auto Shop I know a lot about cars and can fix almost any problem with them

at 19 I bought my first brand new motorcycle so that was my hobby for 2 years

at 23 I bought my boat and that is my best hobby so far

at 25 I bought an RC helicopter and now I am learning how to fly the damm thing, i never knew they were so hard to fly

What is your biggest regret in past projects in adult?

I don't really have any regrets.

Well let me take that back I do have a regret we had started working on a HUGE traffic network right before we decided to buy out the Mobbucks assets and I never got to complete it Mike always yells at me for it and I still have everything sitting there ready to go and it just needs to be completed and activated to start dumping our traffic into it. Once i get a few days of free time I am gonna go back to it and start working on it again. I promise Mikey Besides that I don't really have any regrets because everything I have done be it the jobs i had in adult to running my own company has been a learning curve and I have always learned somethign from it and its usually been a good thing.

I come from a Chaldean Family, We are Catholic arabic from Baghdad, My mom and dad were both bnorn in Baghdad and Me and my sisters were born here.

My parents have been married for 37 years now, So when I first started getting into adult I told my dad about it and he was fine with it, My mom is the one wh had a small problem with it at first but then Both my sisters and my dad convinced her thats its just a job and that its not like im the one in the videos or on the net, so Now she is somewhat ok with it.

Ok here we go

Yes we do spend a lot of time at the strip club, We are good friends with the owner so Brad Mitchell, his wife, and myself and usuaully other friends sometimes go to the strip club atleast once if not twice a week, We usually run into Lou and charlie from karups there also. Now to figure out how much I spend in a year would be hard to do. Brad always picks up the drink tabs when we go.

But if we count how much I spend in dances I would say close to about 15K a year in just dances and buying shots few times a week  $8.00 shots get expensive when you got a full table of friends and strippers Now if you wanted me to calculate how much we spend total there I would have to talk to brad who Has a yearly budget set in his spending limits just for Flight Club  Ya its in there I've seen it.

We have a blast though we always switch up who pays the bills when we go out so whenever we go to the titty bar, we buy shots, drinks, and dances for each other, Its always been a good time and always will be

What are your long term goals in the industry?

My long term goals are to start launching the best exclusive sites out there, We have a few more sites ready to be launched in the coming month but after that we are working on having all of our sits be exclusive and be the best sites we can make for our affiliates to sent there traffic to, We know affiliates work hard on there traffic and were gonna do everything we can to make it convert for them.

My long term goal is to have over 50 sites soon, We are at 25 right now with two more almost ready

I look up to a lot of people the main one is My partner Mike Vega he has been in the industry longer then i have and he is very good with the marketing part of it, So That I lok up to him a lot

The main person I really look up to and they have helped me out a lot in the past year is Brad Mitchell from www.mojohost.com not only are they the best host, Brad is a really good friend who I know i can count on for anything and at anytime if i were to need something from him.

Brad has helped me a lot with business and with personal stuff lately, Having him and his wife as friends is one thing I would never trade for ANYTHING. I really look up to brad.

NOPE i dont look down on anyone unless they are shorter then me then I have to look down to speak to them

Not sure there are so many of them lately. A lot that don't belong here are the idiots, anyone who is here and actually works in adult is fine with me because they belong on the board, But if there not in adult it gets annoying sometimes.
